END of TRAVEL - Independent adventure in Fuerteventura, Lanzarote and La Graciosa

I had 6 days left to travel independent . I started with spending 2 days and half in Corralejo, north Fuerteventura.

I made kitesurf-courses and windsurfsessions on friday the 21 until sunday the 23 of April in the famous 'FLAGBEACH'.

Then I moved to Lanzarote - Caleta de  Famara (N° 10).

This spot is famous for wave, kite- and windsurfers !

On monday morning 24th of April I arrived in the Island of La Graciosa- North of Lanzarote.

Amazing place for all who love nature, UW photography and diving, biking, desolated beaches ...

Bike is the way to explore... the island has no cars on !

25 of April

I made another dive with Buceo Atlantica in La Graciosa.

We spotted amazing creatures, like 1 m long groupers, stingrays ...

Then I moved to the south, from la Graciosa to Orzola to Arrecife.

Harbour and Fortress in Arrecife 

Here I spend  (waste  ) time in going to fitness, jogging near the shore line and swimming. 

Nearby, they have an ancient fortress . In the end, a whole history of pirates and historical attacks is behind Arrecife... it was an establishment for fish -trade . 

Its not the only economical treasure.

Also it's recognized by other aspects like Aloe - Products, Lava-related vegetation, Sea-weed, Wool ...

Then we have the Historical Museum of Arrecife.

It's about old historical traditions like :

- making spicy organic dried herbs

- making wool products

-masonry and handmade boat manufacturing

- defending against attacks from the pirates and other intruders
